Can we sleep in the same room with our partner if we are not married?
Yes ! From the moment you show up at the hotel with a foreign passport, you will be able to sleep in the same room with your partner. Moroccan bi-nationals (MRE) will also be able to do so, provided they present themselves at the hotel with their foreign passport.
However (local) Moroccans have the obligation to present the marriage certificate if they want to sleep in the same room with their partner.

How to move around the city?
Taxis are the most common way to get around Marrakech.
Taxis in Marrakech are required to turn on the meter. Many claim that this one is broken, but they are liable to a fine if it is not lit! So ask them to turn on the meter and pay the price of the race according to it. Small trips in town very rarely exceed 50 DH (5 €) during the day, however it is more expensive at night.
To get out of Marrakech city center, you will have to take a “big” taxi. You can also book all your transport outside the city center with us. We will book your trips with private drivers, the price will be fixed and cheaper than with “big” taxis.
